"Large, well equipped house. Easy bus/train to Birmingham"

The house was exactly as pictured, lots of bedrooms and great communal space. Good links by train and bus into Birmingham centre. Exceptionally helpful check in with Danny who couldn’t do enough for us. Thanks for your help!

Some of us found the beds uncomfortable. The road by the house is quite busy.

"Great property for a large group."

Don't be fooled by the outside of the property. Appearances can be deceptive. Once through the floor, the place is like a tardis. Great communal space and all 7 bedrooms are a good size. Well equipped throughout and beautifully clean.

For a property that sleeps so many people the parking is a bit light, only two cars on the front and then street parking for anyone else. The beds are not that comfortable, upgrading the mattresses would make a world of difference.

Really lovely massive house great for a group of friends going to NEC. Lovely decor. Kind and hospitable host Danny. Great that everyone had their own room. Great kitchen and living area and outside space. Thanks for everything Danny.

Not much in area but it was fine for what we needed.

"Newly refurbished home with spacious iving and bedroom areas."

Heartland house has bright and clean bedrooms, along with a large family area, which is nicely decorated. It is well located, plenty of local shops, eateriers and amenties nearby. The host was approachable and available by phone to answer any questions.
