4 level concept was good.

Damage to the beds, curtain rods barely handing on, one was never replaced. Comforters in most beds was very thin, towels are TERRBILE. I have kitchen towels with better quality. Towel count was very minimal with 12 people staying. No heat in the bottom room make this a very cold room to stay in. Neighborhood seemed very very sketchy with houses with bars on the windows. We were very concerned about the area.

The view was amazing!! Door code didn’t work right away but the staff messaged/called back right away and got us in with no problems.

Tv in garage was broken. Couple minor fixings could have been fixed. But that didn’t affect our stay at all.

Only 2 remotes for 6 TVs No place to hang clothes in downstairs bedroom. Bar stools need cleaning. Drapes did not fit windows

I think it was good for our group. When telling the owner about problems that happened, they were quick to fix it.

Had a lot of trash present throughout the property when we arrived. Construction was everywhere around us. Codes didn’t work so I had to call. Honestly was a little worried it wasn’t cleaned properly especially when it came to bedding.
