"OK, the room should be rated at 7, but give 8 for the potential and opportunities to improve."

Kindness of the owner (airport shuttle transport, though doubling the price of the room), cleanness of the beds, floors and the toillet. Cannot say more, since we just accomodate for less than 5hrs over night.

Due to the small size of the room, though the AC was set to 25'C, this was flowing the cold air during the night on top of our heads, the next day I had a sore throat as a result of it... Cleanness on the electronic devices on the cabinet to be checked, since dust was visible without touching with the finger...

The host waited for us after 11pm as our flight got delayed. The beds were comfortable. Room a bit hot but the aircon worked well. There was a mini bar in the room available. The room is spacious with lots of cupboards. The shower is big.

We did not realise it had a shared bathroom. No shower head, only handshower. None of the minibar items were in the fridge.

"It was very relaxing stay between arriving to Rafina and departing from Athens airpot"

Convenient place to transfer/start vacation, short ride to Rafina port and Athens airport. 200 meters from nice sandy beach. Good contact with very friendly owner.

The accomodation is in a very good location for both the port of Rafina and the airport. The host is very helpful and friendly and the accomodation is great, would definately stay again.
