AUThe location was fantastic
We requested an early check-in which we were denied as our flight arrived at 6 a.m. We got the keys out of the lock box at 1.30, but were still unable to access our room until 3.00. The wi-fi network and password were incorrect. I had to contact the host to let them know we could not access wi-fi - told me then that a new network was in use. There was no light in the bedroom, maintenance had to come and replace both lamps. The pool has been closed since April until 3p.m every day, but the host neglected to tell us that - everyone at the complex said that hosts must let you know when things are not available. As my husband and I are elderly we do not like to go to the beach, so this was the sole reason for choosing this apartment for our 10 day holiday - it cost a lot of money, and we would have cancelled if we had known the pool was not accessible.

USThe host was rude, and showed no Aloha what so ever. The door code did not initially work. The TV only played BBC, and that would stall out then catch up. The internet code was wrong. There were signs in the room that said one thing like check out time which became an issue. When the lights were turned on in the middle of the night there were roaches running around. The chair had springs hanging out of it, the lamp light was burnt out and shade had holes in it. I use Booking.com all the time and have never had a problem. This reflects poorly on the site. When making the reservation I requested an early checkin. I was flying in from out of the country, and having a medical appointment. The reply was we will try to accommodate you. That was furthest from the truth as when I arrived at 1 PM. The host said there would never be an early checkin allowed! The unit was empty & had been cleaned, there was no reason not to allow me in 2 hours early except lack of Aloha and stubbornness. I really have never encountered in 50 years of living in Hawaii, someone who is in the hospitality industry that was so rude.
USThe location was amazing. You are able to walk to everything you need!
Dishes in cabinet were found dirty with lipstick on cups etc. Check out was at 10am. Was called at 9:59am asking where the additional key fob was. Granted we were hustling to bring it back up before 10. Felt that was strange as it wasn’t even 10am yet.

Drainage in the bath tub is too bad and all of my family gave up taking shower in last night. Actually no WiFi in the room. Check-out time is 10:00am but the notice beside the couch says no later than 11:00am, so be careful.
USThe location was perfect. Easy access to shopping and beaches.
The futon in the living room, Barely fit a person there.
USNew couch and the mattress was new comfortable as well.
Faucet in the kitchen didn't work. Had to get water and do dishes in the bathroom sink, which is a bit inconvenient.
