Host was very responsive and friendly. We had an issue with the boiler which he quickly resolved. The property is spacious and well decorated. The location is perfect for the town and a short walk to the beach.

Our estate car didn't fit on the drive so we had to use the multi-storey next door. The parking description needs updating. The main bathroom had mould over the bath and was damp. The bed in the larger double was very uncomfortable and needs replacing.

I did feel that there was a slight damp smell to the bedroom without a window and inside the kitchen cupboards

There was 9 of us, and this place was plenty big for all of us. Never felt like we were on top of each other. Plenty of shops, restaurants around the property

If you have mobility issues, I wouldn't recommend, my 75 year old dad spent last night in hospital as there is stairs to get down to the property as its a basement flat, and he fell down them. (He's ok, just cut up and bruised). Beds are very uncomfortable, we all had very little sleep. Would recommend property invest in new mattresses. Maybe due to lack of windows in certain rooms, and being basement, it has a very damp feel, bedding was damp, has a damp smell There is no signage for property outside.

Both double beds were uncomfortable, was clean but could do with fresh lick of paint

House was not clean and there were a few things broken.

Great location, and with parking! We came with a group of friends and for a good time so perfect for exactly what we wanted.
