Lario Suite Apartments by Quokka 360 - With Parking Close To Como City

A clean and well-equipped apartment in a local community away from the very touristy area of Como. The beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent. There is a bus stop just outside the apartment block which takes you down to the main town and there is a supermarket 4 minutes walk away. Our balcony was small and only got the sun for an hour in the morning but it was quiet for sleeping as we were at the rear of the property.

It was coolish when we arrived ( they had bad flooding in Como 2 days before our holiday) and we didn’t find duvets for the beds ( in the tv cupboard, weirdly) until the next morning. It took a few WhatsApp messages to the help centre but we were given a plug-in fan heater to help with the temperature. (Be aware that Italian law only allows central heating to be switched on in mid-October in communal boiler accommodation - bring a sweater and house slippers) We were left 2 dishwasher tablets to last a week so bring some of those with you ( also laundry pods if you intend to wash clothes). On the whole though it’s a great place to stay.

Die Unterkunft war modern, neu, sehr sauber, leise und ausreichend groß. Bushaltestelle nach Como direkt gegenüber. Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Wohnung war für diese Jahreszeit (Mitte Sep.) zu kalt. Die Heizung noch nicht in Betrieb. In den Schlafräumen war es sehr kühl. Es gab nur ein dünnes Baumwolllaken zum Zudecken. Keine dickere Bettwäsche oder eine Wolldecke. Wir haben gefroren. Die Matratzen waren uns zu hart. Die Wohnung ist sehr clean, keine Gemütlichkeit. Ein Sessel im Wohnzimmer und ein Sofatisch und weitere Bilder an den Wänden wären schön. (nur 1 Coach zum Sitzen, sonst nichts). Die Garage ist extrem klein. Dort passen nur Kleinwagen rein. Andere Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es kaum.

3點可入住，5:40才清理乾淨入住，行程嚴重影響，跟住宿方反應，提出可延遲退房，但對行程已定的人而言，實在不是好的方法。

The property was spacious and very clean. We stayed in the apartment and had plenty of room. It was a great and very comfortable experience.

The only thing I would have changed is adding a duvet or comforter for the bed in the main bedroom, as it got quite cold at night.
