The apartment is located in a nice suburb and we liked to have very close a restaurant and a park for the kids. Parking lot is free and in front of the building, very quiet.

Public Transportations are not easy to reach, it is recommended having a car.

As a rule, I am very demanding when I give reviews, but no matter how critical I am, I can only have words of praise. As a location it is perfect for those who want to spend time both in Rome and at the Ostia beach. It is very easy to travel to the center of Rome, by bus 712 and the metro from EUR Fermi to Termini. Nearby there is a fairly large supermarket that closes at 10 p.m. and a pizzeria that closes at 11 p.m. The apartment is on the 1st floor, with absolutely all the amenities you could need. Above all, I appreciated the impeccable cleanliness. Cintia is a great host and if we come back, hopefully soon, we will still stay at this apartment.

I think the walls are a bit thin, because I heard noise from the street in the very first night. But I admit that I am very sensitive to this aspect. However, in the following days I was quite tired after so much, that I slept like a baby.

Property was very clean and well maintained with all facilities. Easy to reach city by car.
