Central Brighton flat, 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6, close to shops and beach

The flat had everything you could need, lovely size, my room had a door to the patio garden which was lovely for a bit of afternoon sun with your coffee, my daughter and my best friend had a bedroom each, plenty of space, hairdryers in the rooms, towels provided, lovely fresh bedding, I slept well every night, fully fitted kitchen with washing up liquid teal towel, paper towel, condiments, toaster,kettle,fridge,oven etc so can easily cook dinner if not eating out, we were very happy with everything, good communication from hosts and so easy to find, bins at the end of road so easy to keep tidy,came down for Pride to see the fabulous bands at Preston Park, walked back as far as the dome then grabbed a cab to the flat which was less than £8 and worth it as we were exhausted, cabs are easily found and host gives you the info before you arrive if you are new to Brighton there’s lots of useful info to help plan your stay, I’ve been coming for over 30 years and have stayed in lots of different places and this is definitely one of my favourites, we would 100% stay here again, just bring your own shampoo/conditioner etc to use in the lovely hot shower!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, but as others have said it is at the top of a hill so easy to get down to the beach it’s almost straight down the hill to enjoy your stay to the fullest just grab a cab back if you are out for the day, or work those calf muscles, there are a little set of steps down into flat so be aware but wasn’t a problem for us had a fabulous time!

Clean, comfortable, very nicely decorated, good location (steep hill from the town centre - note for those who are less abled). Excellent facilities. About 15 mins walk to pier and city centre. Pub/restaurant and off licence around the corner. Shop 5 mins walk away

We like the location since it was very accessible to all amenities.

For people with knee problem, it will be very difficult to walk on descending and ascending roads.
