Modern apartment in Golf del Sur, AC237, tempered pool and ocean view

Location is really good to explore the island, appartment is a few minutes walk from the sea and coastal path, market is close too. Pool is big and clean. It is a quiet location, so you can sleep well. Appartement is clean, with a big, nice terrace.

Sunshade on a terrace is missing. There is no air condition in appartment, just the fan. There could be at least one bigger pot.

Nice pool area, location, price/value, garden

The kitchen has no enough working space, too many previous customers staff in the kitchen cabinets and in the bathroom. Voice insulation not so good,

The location as didn’t really use it for anything else as our time was mostly spent away from the apartment

Nice quiet place, apartment was clean and tidy. Even if we had some problems with the apartment, Antonio did his best to help us. Couple very good restaurants down by the street and a super market. No good beaches close by, only some rocky ones with strong waves. The pool area was nice, lots of sunbeds but the water couldve been warmer even though it was "warmed". The pool bar closes early around 6pm.

The location is quite remote, so be prepared to use a lot of bus if you want to go shopping, beaches, etc.

Located in the Muthu Royal Park Albatros so easy access to restaurants, golf courses, shops, the marina and the coast. Good space in the lounge and dining area and a large bed and bedroom. View from the balcony to the marina and coast with sun from midday to night. Parking alongside the building and buses nearby to other parts of the island. The whole apartment was clean and freshly decorated. Antonio dealt with any (minor) concerns very promptly.

The unit itself is nice and it has a decent view. Everything was clean and in good condition.

This area is a little remote and although there are some restaurants and a market on the street, there’s not a lot nearby (including beaches). The area was pretty empty and a lot of places were permanently closed. It’s hard to leave the complex at check-out. you leave you complex key card in the unit, but you need it to exit any of the doors (it made me wonder how to get out in an emergency). I had to wait 20 minutes for someone else to leave so that I could get out of the gate. Also, the check-in time is listed at 3pm. I couldn’t complain if they said that was the earliest I could arrive. But they told me the day before that I could arrive at 12:30. I did, and I had to wait outside on the street for 90 minutes. They wouldn’t event let me drop off my luggage. and speaking of luggage - don’t bring much - the apartment is located up and down several small staircases. There’s a lift for the biggest one, but there are still 2 or 3 without a lift.
