The caravan was lovely everything you need nice location

We paid for bedding the double bedding did not smell clean like single one did and the pillow case had a big stain on it told them straight away they said some one would come and sort it but nobody came we just bought some pillow cases and put them on apart from that it was great

Could do with cleaning cloths / sponges to be able to clean cutlery after use

It was a lovely clean caravan, very close to everything

On the first day, we had no heating or hot water. I message Andy and Sarah to inform them, someone was round within an hour, and sorted the boiler out, so we thought, went to have a shower, still no hot water or heating, it was freezing. Contacted Andy and Sarah again,the next day and someone came out, looked at the boiler, and said it was done again, but yet again, it still didn't work, no shower or heating still freezing. After 2 nights, I decided it was far too cold to stay in this caravan. So we decided to leave, but I still had 2 nights left that had been paid for, but I could not risk the boiler still not working. So we packed up and left. I informed Andy and Sarah, After we had left I did get a message saying an engineer had been to the caravan and the boiler looked fine to him, but we was not taking any chances of still being in a freezing caravan. I told Andy this and mentioned getting a refund as it was unacceptable. I'm afraid to say Andy and Sarah have not even had the decency to reply to my messages, which I find incredibly rude. I have messaged a few times and no reply

Beautiful caravan everything you needed was here.. beds really comfortable children slept so well. Close to all entertainment

There was nothing to not like

Modern and clean caravan very spacious and its right by the fair and arcades

Lovely and warm comfy beds.internet a bonus.close to pubs and cafés .owner goes above and beyond would definitely stay again

Nothing not to like

The location was great, central and could walk to the seaside and theme park.

Very near the entrance of the site and in the centre of all the shops etc, short walk to beach, The location couldn't be better really. very clean, and had 1 small issue which was rectified straight away.
