VILLA AVATOS 1 - Near to the port of Rafina and the airport of Athens

It was a great experience to stay in Villa Avatos. We didn't have any expectations since it was only one night stay but we rested so well. The room was comfortable, clean and with a lovely balcony. The host was very nice and helpful. The area is quiet and we slept like babies. If we come back to Rafina we will stay here again.

Everything was great. The owner thought of everything you might need..

Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Betten waren ausgesprochen bequem. Der Balkon mit der außergewöhnlichen Sitzgruppe aus Holz hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Den gemütlich eingerichteten Hof mit verschiedenen Sitzecken haben wir aufgrund der Kürze unseres Aufenthaltes leider nicht genutzt.

This property is very convenient if you are travelling from either the port or the airport. The host is extremely helpful, and provides a transfer from the property to the portal Airport on request at a reasonable price.

We had been travelling for sometime and had planned to wash some clothes. Unfortunately the washing machine was not operational for our stay.

Mr. V was very helpful and patient. Very interesting person to talk eith regarding the community. Beautiful local beach and shops.

No sidewalks on the main road.

Es hat den Zweck erfüllt.

Es roch extrem nach Zigaretten rauch und die Fiegengitter waren undicht. Auch ist der garten sehr Chaotisch und diverse Stecker sind nicht sauber verbaut. In der gegend ist es extrem Laut sei es parties Kinder oder Autos die rennen fahren. Auch war ein Hund im Garten eingesperrt der uns angst machte da er immer bellte. Die Klinaanlage hat auch nicht funktioniert.
