VILLA AVATOS 1 - Near to the port of Rafina and the airport of Athens

Exceptional value for money. The room, amenities and facility where super clean and tidy . Our host Vasili ,was very extremely attentive to any and all of our needs. After spending some time in Greece island hopping , it was refreshing to have somewhere to stay where the place felt somewhat like being at home with a comfortable bed, pillows, bath towels, shower etc. I couldn’t thank Vasili enough. If you are looking at staying in the area and are fortunate enough to find a vacant room at this place, GRAB IT before it goes…..

The host is beyond exceptional. Attentive to requests, informative, extremely accommodating. All one need do is inquire. The location is close to the most beautiful beach. I mean…Close. Like… 300 meters, close. The Room? Exceptional, impeccably clean, very comfortable. A/C is heavenly. Amazing location for the beach and relaxation. Rafina port is right around the corner, with multiple major ferries to countless islands, within a moments desire. Multiple restaurants within walking distance, grocery as well as kiosks.

I have nothing negative to note. I was there to relax by the beach and enjoy Greek culture. Beyond satisfactory. Yep

Thanks to the villa owner, he was very friendly and met us late in the night during check in. The room has a comfortable bed, big bathroom which is certainly a plus. Really close to the beach.

The air conditioner was blowing right onto the bed, we couldn’t adjust it otherwise. And unfortunately it was too noisy to sleep with the open windows

Awesome location with beautiful clean beach There are so many bars and restaurants (3 minutes of walk to the nearest Trolley restaurant, others restaurants are right next to each other. Near to Athene (bus/metro 90 minutes, houseowner/taxi is faster) Super homeowner, first day he showed us city and then he was there if we anything needed :)

The host is super accommodating and very friendly. The location a 15-20 minute drive from the airport which is great.. It is also a 5 minute walk from the beach and about 15 minutes away from good restaurants. The bathroom , shower, and bed were all very spacious.

The wifi was not great in our experience. It kept disconnecting.
