We are absolutely blown away by this hotel — it was truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had! ✨ From the very first moment, everything felt thoughtful, warm, and perfectly organized. Every detail exceeded our expectations and made our stay unforgettable. A very special thank you goes to the manager, Maazin. He is an exceptional professional and a genuinely caring person. Maazin went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. His attention, kindness, and constant willingness to help made us feel truly valued and taken care of. Thanks to him, the level of service felt absolutely top-tier. We would also love to highlight the amazing dining experiences. Aqua Restaurant left us with wonderful impressions — beautiful atmosphere, great service, and a perfect place to relax. The food at Origami was insanely delicious — every dish was a masterpiece, full of flavor and beautifully presented. And the hookah at Done was simply outstanding — one of the best we’ve ever had, smooth, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. And a very special, heartfelt mention goes to the wonderful man who brought us fresh coconuts on a cart. I’m really sorry that I forgot his name. But we safe him in our hearts 💕 This small but magical detail brought us so much joy and smiles every single time — it perfectly reflects the warmth, charm, and soul of this place. We are leaving with incredible memories, pure happiness, and a strong desire to come back again. If you are considering this hotel, don’t hesitate for a second. breakfast was great at fushicafe, staff were amazing and friendly. food was fantastic and the array of restaurant options was appreciated. when things went wrong management came to support which was useful. turn downs were also V good and the massages were high quality. loved picnic island and the cute bar there

onsite snorkeling wasn't the best. We had a few issues with our butler, we weren't properly sat down and things weren't explained at the beginning which would have been appreciated. Also we found booking restaurants to be odd e.g. sometimes we were told restaurents would be closed when they weren't and the process of booking too up far more time and headspace than should have. I'm not sure we got good value for money on Christmas eve and would encourage a better service e.g. provide drinks by glass menu at the buffet etc. I sadly lost two gold necklaces at the spa (left it in the dressing gown pocket but it never got found which is unfortunate and not what I'd expect at such a place)
