Everything was amazing, from the moment we arrived until we left. The staff is so friendly and helpful specially ( joker ) the food was good. They have also great restaurants. The kids club was very helpful for us. I highly recommend this resort .

Very attentive staff, especially Zahid who was with us throughout our stay. Very clean facilities, including kids club. Food is good. Massage is amazing. You can go to the resort via the speedboat which I consider an advantage.

Most of public facilities don’t have air conditioning.

Everything was good, specially our assistant taylor was perfect and kind, she does her job very good 😇

Location is easy (no sea plane) so a plus with kids. Good that you can share facilities with the other (adults only island) as means more dining options which is always good. Staff were lovely and very friendly. The two babysitters we used were great.

A lot of confusion over what is / isn’t included in the full board package v all inclusive package. Other resorts have had much clearer menus (for example splitting out what drinks are included in full board and what drinks are all inclusive). Sometimes we were charged for wine, sometimes it was included in the meal. For a family focussed resort, it was odd to us that it was difficult to get an early dinner (5-6pm) for our 18 month old toddler. She’s not able to stay up til 7pm which is when most of the restaurants start serving food. We ended up ordering room service (which you have to pay for despite having full board) to one of the restaurants so we could use the high chair. It would be helpful to have a limited kids menu available at earlier times in the evening. As a result, we were reliant on room service, which sometimes we had to wait 40 minutes for. So just something to factor in if travelling with young kids. Finally, one thing in particular frustrated us- we ordered lunch at the aqua bar. Three of the four meals were served but we had to wait a really long time for the fourth meal (a pizza) to arrive. Everyone had finished eating before the pizza arrived (which was to be eaten by the toddler so obviously frustrating that this was so slow). We thought perhaps the pizza oven needed time to warm up but had noticed other pizzas being plated so this wasn’t the case. We then noticed that the resort manager was having pizza so his order seemed to have been cooked in priority to guests… which seems odd.

We liked everything, the water, the beach are great. We had a super unforgettable vacation. I recommend the island. A house at sunset
