Prima notte all'addiaccio, 2 letti una sola coperta, casa fredda, impianto di riscaldamento spento, appena arrivati e segnalato il problema via whatsapp sono stato bloccato (solo una spunta ai messaggi successivi) e nessuna risposta al telefono. La tanto decantata terrazza puzza di muffa e non è vivibile, la tenda da sole è rotta e ammuffita. Solo contattando Booking al call center si è avuta la seconda coperta con 24 ore di ritardo.

Barulho constante por parte dos vizinhos do predio ,2 da manha andavam a furar paredes , 5 manha barulho pelo predio todo ,nao conseguimos descansar nada,No apartamento a janela da casa banho teve de estar sempre aberta,pois estava partida ,chuveiro quase sem pressao .

inizio ottobre non fa caldissimo ma il riscaldamento non si accende. Va bene, basta coprirsi; peccato non vi fosse uno straccio di coperta. Insomma, patito il freddo tutta la notte con solo un lenzuolino. Anche perché è umidiccio essendo seminterrato

No a single thing. everything about this booking was a train wreck. The experience is making me re-think using booking anymore.

The neighborhood isnt very nice. When we arrived they gave us a lock box combo to get the keys. There were no keys in the lockbox. They asked us to wait until over an hour after check-in time. Then provided us a new lock box combo for a different unit. The inside of the building is dodgy at best. The front security door didnt lock. We went to the unit. There was food on the counters and table. There were flys and mosquitos in the unit. It was ground floor with a view of a wall. The bathroom had mildew in the showers. The couch had what i hope is extensive water stains and the beds were uncomfortable to even sit on. In short this place was a dump. Looked nothing like the pictures. We complained and asked for a refund which we never received. We didnt stay in the unit for more than an hour before we decided no to stay and booked a different location. I would recommend against staying here in the strongest terms.
