PROSITUTES INSIDE & OUTSIDE OF THE PREMISES SHOUTING ALL NIGHT, DRUG USERS IN AND OUT AND DEALERS LURKING ABOUT, MEN CONSTANTLY TALKING INAPPROPRIATELY TO MY PARTNER EVERY TIME SHE CAME INSIDE. WHEN WE COMPLAINED WE WAS TOLD THEY HAD ASKED OTHER PEOPLE IN THE OTHER ROOMS & NOTHING WAS SAID OR DONE ABOUT THE ISSUES WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE. CONDITIONS ARE DYER & UNSAFE. IN THE MORNING MY PARTNER WAS IN BED & THE WINDOW CLEANERS WAS MOVING THE BLINDS FROM INSIDE WHILE SHE WAS SLEEPING IN BED ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

The host was very difficult to contact. The process of paying for the hotel and security deposit was far too long. I had to call back numerous times to ensure we could check in as we reeived no check in details despite making the payments. We stayed at the property to find that on our last night, the access had been changed! The keypad had been removed and a key lock was fitted. We had no way of getting into the apartment and no notice of this! We now have to wait AGAIN for them to process the refund of the security deposit. Very poor communication from the start.
