"Love Waikīkī"

1701 was a lovely place for our needs. The place needs a new couch as that was very uncomfortable to sit on. Other than that the trade winds were wonderful. Rather have fresh air the air conditioning. Kitchen had everything we needed. The Royal Kūhiō was in a perfect position to give us access to beach and shopping. We used the buses easily. Love the mountain views at night.

The lounge couch very uncomfortable and old. Needs replacing.

We liked the location. We enjoyed the view. Check in was not good. No staff to greet us nor explain how to access our unit. In fact, no one to contact if we had any problems. Worst of all we encountered roaches in the unit. Very very bad. We would not recommend the building to any of our friends or family.

No staff to greet you. Poor communication on how to access our unit. ROACHES in our unit!!! Deal breaker!!
