Privacy and stable power/Electricity

Getting to the property was a bit of a hassle. It is located within a large estate and access from the main entrance was not seamless. I will also suggest that the owner provide clear instructions to access control staff at the main gate, instructions on the actual location of the flat within the estate, and instructions on switches and appliances etc.
