Amazing property and owners were really easy to deal with and super responsive. Cottage is amazing and everything has been thought of for an amazing stay beds and rooms were super comfy and a lovely cottage garden. We loved it.

Very small doorways partners head hurts and I think he's got concussion from it. I suffer with some health problems and anxiety and there is train tracks at the back of cottage, and very loud when passing it dose not state this, I didn't sleep, the beds was all small , and not doubles, slept separately :( also memory foam mattress, which I hate make me sweat bad and give me back ache, was horrendous stay for me. All hard seats in dining room, very uncomfortable and outside was not comfortable, no nice seating, very hard wobbly seat that couldn't sit on, and all windows was dirty, dusty shelves inside. Just wasn't good Property not as stated

A beautifully restored small cottage kitted out with everything anyone could possibly need.

The parking which is described as 'free parking' in reality is on road parking which we found to be very hard to find and 300-400 yards away. No chance of parking near the cottage as, quite rightly, the residents park outside their properties and the road is extremely narrow. You have to block the road to unload your luggage. The stairs are very narrow which would be fine for most people, but for guests like us in their late 70's, were a bit of a challenge, especially during the night. This should be explained before booking as it would be impossible for guests with any sort of mobility issues.

Great little cottage which was clearly renovated with care recently. Nice touches like sockets with usb. We were only there for a short stay, but would happily use as a base for a longer trip in the future.

Lovely cottage and garden , location ideal for surrounding beaches . Beds were very comfortable and the cottage was very clean and well equipped . Lovely walk close by to take the dog

The only thing was I found the stairs a bit narrow but that’s just because it’s an old cottage and to be expected . There was a hand rail each side which made it easier to get down .

The cottage was nicely decorated, spotlessly clean. It had all amenities, with very nice personal touches. The host was very responsive and helpful. Close to all main attractions in Southern Cornwall.

Knocker Cottage had a lovely home from home feel. Tastefully decorated, and it had everything we needed for our family holiday. Comfortable, warm and cosy. It is set in a great location, only a short drive from towns and fantastic local beaches.

Nothing not to like!
