The location: it was within walking distance from the university. I did not spend much time in the apartment but it was comfy during the cold nights

I am visually impaired: getting inside the room was a nightmare. You are supposed to be able to read what appears on the tiny digital lock. The instructions in the texts they sent were not clear at all. I tried to call the management but got no answer. I managed after a few tries using my phone as a lens. The place is really in the city center but beyond that, there is nothing to write home about. They asked for 100 euros to clean the apartment; dirt was beneath the bed! The mattress is very uncomfortable. No instructions on how to use the appliances which could have been helpful. The jacuzzi was in the bedroom: I was not expecting that and was not very happy about it but it is just a personal opinion. The fake candles though are just tacky.

The apartment is good , but the host not supported any more , waiting to open not answer totally, always send need any thing from booking from booking , really the apparent good but the host is not proffissional

Position, clean, fancy

The host was not extremely kind. Answering the phone bothered at 8.30 pm, and giving us suggestions not helpfull at all. Requiring 16 euros more for late check out (we arrive on time at the place and enter late because we had difficulties to enter the main door and to find the appartment,we suggest a signal to identify the room). Since the high price of the room, extremely beautiful and it worths it by the way, I was expecting also more kindness from the host.
