Flat 302 Centre Nottingham

The studio flat was clean, straight forward access, perfect location and quiet considering it being on a made road. Most importantly I felt safe as a female travelling for work. Communication and descriptions in relation to access and facilities from the hosts was clear and to the point. I’d recommend this place

Water got cut off overnight but was restored next day

The apartment was less than 5 minutes from the Theatre Royal. As I attended the concert alone this was a huge plus to leave the venue and be safely inside in moments. The location for shopping was fantastic, you were in the midst of everything.

A printed guide to the heating and appliances would be good as I couldn't turn off the air-conditioning unit in the lounge. It didn't bother me as the room was warm but as the weather gets colder it would help.

Good location,and facilities

Received a code for the key boxes but was a bit confusing as there were 9 or so if one of the other residents hadn't helped it would have been a problem as seemed to put a different code in, but all sorted.

The check-in was easy with the detailed instructions provided. The location was perfect for me visiting my children who are studying here in Nottingham. There are restaurants, a supermarket, and transport links nearby. The apartment overlooks a busy road but was not noisy. The washing machine was quick and easy to use. The little extras ( coffee, tea, salt, washing liquid, shampoo, etc) were great. The bed was fine for me alone. Not sure if really comfortable for a couple.

Not really negatives but a few things would make this place even better. I cooked everyday, so the kitchen was important to me. I didn't feel that the crockery and utensils were perfectly clean. The cups especially. Personallly I think it would be better to have had an oven or combi oven rather than a microwave. A larger saucepan and a colander would have been a bonus too. There is some kind of fan above the bed that makes the atmosphere very dry, especially during the night.

Perfect location right in city centre and easy to find, easy check in and helpful host. Absolutely ideal flat with everything we needed and more. Very clean, light and airy, quiet (double windows to block out city noise). Parked the car at Victoria Centre, 16.50 for 24hrs Would definitely stay again or recommend. Good value for money. Thank you!

Wouldnt change anything really If we were staying longer I'm not sure i would enjoy the matress for multiple nights, but 1 or 2 night stay it was fine, and thats personal preference anyway.
