MYThe house offers amazing and stunning views. We were here during winter, the house keep us warm everywhere in the house. The kitchen and living hall were spacious. The bed and linens were comfy and fresh.
The property was all great. We would be more happier if Tania gave the instruction earlier before we check in without having to contact her. Also, perhaps publish the instruction in the page to strip all the bedsheets and pillowcases and put them in the garage before check out.

I arrived at 4pm. Your staff gave me the wrong door code so that I could not enter. It was until I calked you that you gave the correct door code. In addition, you hadn’t told us how to lock the door only until I called you. Nice house but poor service indeed with such large sum of rental!!

NZLocation was close to main town center and short drive to supermarket. House was spacious and more than enough room to accommodate guests
WiFi was limited and kept dropping in and out of reception. Pillows were too soft and flat to use.

NZThe kitchen and particularly the range needs a clean, we didn’t do any cooking so it wasn’t a bother for us . But oil was dripping out of the rangehood so a good clean might help .
AUStaying at 13 Poole Lane was one of the most breathtaking and relaxing experiences I have had to date. Its views are second to none and its proximity to Queenstown makes life easy and enjoyable ! Fast wifi, extensive kitchen and comfy beds 👍🏼👍🏼 I Would highly recommend any person who is looking to book a trip to Queenstown, to book this house if it’s available !

Only a small thing - Would recommend the single bed in the room downstairs with the double to be a proper bed rather than a camp mattress on a bed base as it wasn’t comfortable & you could feel the joins. Everything else was perfect!
