The communication was easy, the taxi service was punctual, the staff was friendly, the hotel was very clean. And I could order a dinner through front desk.

I booked this place for a short stay near Istanbul Airport (12 hours between flights). The experience was awful: The first room had several cockroaches. When I complained, the staff brushed it off saying it was “because of the garden” and “normal.” I was terrified and asked for another room. In the new room, while I was in the shower, the electricity went out suddenly. I stumbled in the dark and injured my foot. Staff again dismissed it as “normal” and said it would take an hour to fix. At that point I wanted to leave and return to the airport. The taxi driver who had brought me was waiting, but the staff argued that I had to pay again, even though I had already paid for a round trip. They refused to refund the unused part of my reservation. Worst of all, they dishonestly changed my booking status to “no-show” so I couldn’t leave a review. Only after repeated complaints to Booking.com (which also handled the issue very poorly) was I finally allowed to write this. This property is dishonest, unsafe, and does not respect guests. The cockroaches, sudden power outages, and staff behavior made me feel unsafe and cheated. Absolutely do not recommend.

Nous n'avons pas pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour, car nous n'avons même pas pu entrer dans l'hôtel. À notre arrivée de l'aéroport, personne ne nous a accueillis à la réception, personne ne nous a répondu au téléphone…

Il n y pas de panneau sur le bâtiment. Il n’y a aucun signe que c’est un hôtel. Tout le monde a essayé de nous aider à entrer dans cet ‘hôtel’ dans la rue, mais n’avons pas pu. Et personne n’a répondu aux appels.

Hôtes très sympathiques et aidant. C'était formidable d'avoir pu discuter avec eux. J'ai passé une très bonne soirée. La chambre a une vue magnifique sur un merveilleux coucher de soleil.
