This property has a perfect location. It is 4 min walk to Varenna-Esino train station and 4 min to the ferry terminal. The apartment is very clean and lovely. Sitting in the balcony, you look right into the lake and the mountains on the other side of the lake. Beautiful view! The minimart and an ATM are right across the street. The host Julie is super nice and very accessible.

Didn't know it had a common share area. The bath/ shower not very safe. Very old towels that have seen better days. Lots of tight stairs into the room and up to he property. Bed a little saggy and whole room needs some love.
