Lovely place, 1 block away from the lake and next to the bus stop. We literally arrived in the front of the property in the only stop in Varenna. The hostess was lovely, the place really exceeded our expectations, classy, well decorated, clean and modern. She even helped us with suggestions regarding places to visit (you must visit the Castle, it's an amazing experience, and rent a boat)

Nothing, everything was amazing!

- Petit déjeuné rudimentaire, à la limite de l’acceptable (café instantané, pas de lait le 1er jour, biscottes industrielles en guise de pain, petit verre de jus industriel…) et tout ce qui est à chauffer devait être effectué par nos propres soins dans le micro-onde du hall (y compris le lait) - Les équipements manquaient, changement de serviette chaque 3 jours avec nul part où les sécher!!! Autrement on devait payer pour avoir des serviettes propres/seches. - Pas de service de ménage journalier. Grande différence avec nos autres hébergements dans Milan, bellagio et como

L’emplacement, la propreté . La vue sur le lac. La gentillesse, la réactivité de Giuli par rapport au problème du parking voiture ( non spécifié sur la réservation). Elle nous a très vite trouvé un emplacement … payant mais peu importe notre voiture était en sécurité . Il était hors de question que je laisse mon véhicule sur un parking à 2 kms de l’établissement.

-La climatisation qui fait beaucoup de bruit jour et nuit . Pas facile de bien dormir . -l’horaire du petit déjeuner ( entre 9h et 10h) : trop tard pour prendre le ferry et profiter de la journée . - incompréhension lors de la réservation ? Pas de parking pour garer la voiture . Après négociation , l’hôte nous a trouvé un parking privé payant . Prévoir emplacement parking payant lors de la réservation car trop de touristes et très très peu de places parking. - lorsque nous profitons de la terrasse commune , merci de prévoir une réserve de serviettes en papier car pas pratique de déguster des pâtisseries ou prendre un café etc… et de ne pas pouvoir s’essuyer les mains . Avons été obligé de prendre du PQ en guise de serviettes 😏.

Het verblijf / incl ontbijt was verschrikkelijk, we verbleven er 5 dagen, geen poets team gezien, vuilbak op de kamer werd dus niet leeg gemaakt ondanks de warmte, 5 dagen dezelfde handdoek, het ontbijt : 1ste dag, 1 croissant/pers, wat beschuitjes, boter, jam, klein potje fruit, en 1 yogurthje, geen beleg, ei, ... na te vragen kregen we de volgende dagen paar schijfjes beleg, het was ronduit verschrikkelijk, het positieve was de airco

Location is good

Beware… the host had a very arrogant attitude. Although our booking included breakfast, we had agreed with Giulia that it would be served at 8:00 a.m. due to our scheduled excursions. Unfortunately, she did not show up, and we were left without breakfast. Something we also noted through other reviews. We also tried calling her several times but no answer. She came up with more than one excuse & informed us via message that it was not her obligation to serve breakfast.

The breakfast was minimal but adequate. The host was very pleasant. Breakfast served on the balcony was ideal, with beautiful view of Lake Como even thou we were a 1/4 mile from the shore. Balcony was shared with another room, however we enjoyed the company very much. Note: Ask for the balcony that faces the lake.

The breakfast could have more variety. Also one of the window shutters was broken.

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience here. We dropped our luggage off as our room was still being prepared upon our arrival, and while we were out for the day, we received a message saying that the AC in our room had broken and therefore we couldn’t stay there. Subsequently, we were checked into a one-star hotel for both nights of our stay, therefore we didn’t stay at all at the property. We weren’t offered to come and have breakfast at the property, we had to have it at our new hotel, which was significantly lower standard than the one we booked. While we understand these things can happen, we were not offered a partial refund for the issue and difference in hotel standard, which we are still chasing.

Great location and the property had everything we needed including a balcony to sit out and look across the lake.

We liked everything and would definitely stay here again.

Bardzo ładny hotel, czysto, miła pani właściciel. Pomocna we wszystkim. Dogodna lokalizacja. Śniadanie z widokiem na jezioro.
