Broken entry door handle - had to ask other people to allow me to enter, non functionioning elevators, damaged sheetrock in the alley, lot of homeless people around make it potentially unsafe to walk to convention center. Ended up not checking in as could not carry the baggage through stairs. Host did not refund for a non-refundable booking even with concerns above. Booking.com did not intervene.
