I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is super spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable — exactly what I was looking for. It had everything I needed, and more. The location was also great, making it easy to get around. Maria was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. She made me feel very welcome and was always available if I had any questions. You can tell she really cares about her guests having a good experience. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and well-managed place to stay. I’d definitely come back again!

Sehr schöne, saubere und geräumige Wohnung, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt, Maria und ihr Sohn waren sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, man erreicht alle Orte gut und schnell mit dem Mietwagen.

We had an absolute amazing 2 week stay at soul v house. Maria the host greeted us on arrival to show us around and had some water and delicious home made desserts for us. She also surprised us one afternoon with some delicious stuffed vegetables she had made especially for us. ( Thank you so much)Maria is always on hand and easily contactable if needs be but also gives you your privacy. The apartment is as the photos show. Very spacious and extremely clean with everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. The air con is both in the sitting room and bedroom and is very good and the bed is so big and comfy. We hired a car to get around the island and there is plenty of parking space outside the apartment. Kos town is only a 10 minute drive away and so are the beautiful beaches of Kos. We will definitely be back!!!

We were very satisfied with our stay at Soul V. House. There were five of us, and we stayed for 10 nights. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped, and we didn’t miss anything we might have needed. Our host, Maria, was extremely friendly and helpful. She provided us with all the necessary information and welcomed us with bottled water and a traditional cake upon arrival. During our stay, she surprised us with breakfast one morning (delicious eggy bread) and ice cream during a pleasant evening chat on the terrace. The property is located slightly away from the sea and the noise, in a peaceful area just 10 minutes from Kos town. We preferred going to Kos town in the evenings rather than to Tigaki, as Kos offers a wider variety of options and a better overall experience. Having your own means of transport is essential. One thing to be aware of is that in some parts of the island (especially the northeast), the signal from Greek mobile operators can be weak and sometimes overridden by Turkish operators, which can be costly for Europeans. We recommend disabling automatic network selection on your phone and choosing a Greek operator manually. Back to the apartment — for the first few days, we didn’t realize that the window system not only had mosquito nets but also exterior shutters. These were very useful for sleeping in later in the morning. Since we didn’t ask Maria about it, we used sleep masks at first. So, don’t hesitate to ask — Maria is usually at the house and always quick to respond. We highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely choose it again if we return to Kos.

5 star accommodation at an welcoming and comfortable home, very large house and yard, with every thing inside and outside and even more, lovely decorated, built and maintained with attention to details. Quiet area even is located near a main street. The host is fluent in english, easy to contact, ready to help in case is needed. Thank you Maria for the delicious deserts. Wi-fi good, plenty of parking space in the yard.

Very good located, just 5 min drive to the Kos city. the Appartment is big and clean. Everything you need is provided. The Owner is very nice, friendly and helpful. I would come again :)
