B&B The Tower

This place is a true gem. The hotel room (there are only 7 apartments) was very clean and large, with a cute balcony above a narrow lane with the sea visible at the end. There is also a roof terrace, offering lovely sunset views. The breakfast room is small and clean and you have a buffet breakfast with plenty of choices. Located in the heart of old Tropea, The Tower offers you the perfect base for a visit. This is not a giant place, therefore everywhere is within a short walk (no cars in this part of town). To reach the beach you have to go down the mains steps at the centre of the seafront, and these are not too far away, neither is the port, from where you can visit places like Stromboli and Panacea. Tropea is packed with restaurants, bars and shops and is super lively after sundown but in a good way, not too noisy. The old town, with its narrow lanes is atmospheric and interesting, and the view of the town from the beach is stunning.

Excellent location- right in a city center. Amazing view from the rooftop especially during a sunset. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

Location, big room,place to hang wet bathing suits on balcony, fridge(but free water would be better than paying for it)outlets by the bed, very nice staff, terrace on the roof was exceptional with view and easy access
