Big Villa Puerto Rico streetfront with private saltwater pool, kitchen, 3 terraces& private parking , near shopping center

Lovely big house to fit a large family/group, space for everyone, sunny terraces back and front of the house so you can choose if you'd like a sunny spot or a shady one. Well equipped kitchen with everything one might need to cook at home, even basic condiments provided. All cleaning products, shower gel, shampoo provided for the whole stay; plenty of towels.

The pool could have been cleaner, there was sand or dust on the bottom of it. The air vents in the shower downstairs were a bit dusty.

We was extremely disappointed with the size of the living space, 7adults and 5 children there was no room for any family time or eating all together, we booked a villa to spend family time together with us having a few bad days with the weather it was important for that space. One of the bedrooms was separated from the house it had 3 bunk beds witch is great for the children but having to go outside to get to the main house is not ideal with young children so two adults had to stay in the bedroom with the children, the mattress are not good for adults. The pool was freezing it was supposed to be heated, we couldn’t use it, we did ask for it to be heated apparently they turned it on but it did not make any difference whatsoever and was told it’s because of the weather, it should be left on constant for it to stay warm, for the amount we paid it was extremely disappointing. It is probably best to reword when advertising this as a villa or big house. We have stayed in many villas and never experienced any issues.

El alojamiento no está mal para un número de personas bastante menor del que dice que puede hospedar. Nosotros un grupo de 12 al llegar tuvimos que buscar desesperadamente otra casa ya que no cabíamos. El mobiliario es inexistente, no hay mesa para 12 personas ni sillas, tendríamos que haber comido por turnos. Una de las habitaciones es el garaje de la casa con 6 literas. La barbacoa no se podría usar por su mal estado. El anuncio no muestra la realidad de la casa. Continuamos haciendo reclamaciones para que nos devuelvan el dinero de una reserva de la cual no pudimos disfrutar, teniendo que asumir el coste y la pérdida de tiempo y la angustia de buscar otro alojamiento.

Adecuado para 6 personas, no hay mobiliario para más.

Great location great pool

The Villa was nowhere near clean enough it needs a full deep clean from top to bottom

Es un apartamento muy amplio y estaba todo limpio. Nos encantó toda la zona de la piscina. También tiene un par de terracitas muy chulas. Además, la ubicación está muy bien.

Fuimos un grupo de 10 personas y estuvimos super cómodos. Las instalaciones estaban super limpias, el personal muy atento siempre (responde al WhatsApp rápidamente). La cocina está totalmente equipada, la barbacoa también con todos los utensilios. Los baños estaban equipados con toallas limpias, jabón y champú.
