The apartment was really nice and clean. i did appreciate kindness of the staff (although this is un "unmanned" Hotel) that allowed me to check-in after 10 PM. Communication was smooth and they helped me a lot. 10 / 10 only for this.

If I have to find something negative to say I would probably point out that location is not really optimal to visit the city, but still close to buss stop that connects the hotel to the Hakata station.

部屋が綺麗、家電が揃っていて便利

エアコンが全く効かない。暖房30℃にしても3月夜の福岡では寒かったです。また、3〜4人で泊まるにはキャリーケースを広げて置ける場所がないので少し狭く感じるかも。

大きめの部屋でとても居心地が良かったです！ キッチン洗濯もあるので快適でした
