USNice modern apartment and good location for the Kokusai Center and Tenjin. Lots of konbini nearby.
The place was not as equipped as we would like. We particularly missed: - a drying rack for dishes - a drying pole/rack for laundry. Especially annoying since there was a holder for a drying pole on the balcony! - information on how to work the hot water. We ended up wasting water because we didn't realise that turning off the hot water tap in the kitchen caused the bath to run if the control panel was still on. Even Google translate on the control panels didn't help us here. - a place to get rid of trash. If you rent an apartment to a family for a whole week, it is unrealistic to expect them to create only one load of trash, especially if like us you have twins in nappies! This was especially galling since there was space just outside the front door for tenants' trash, but I was informed that there was nowhere to put ours. Also, the window by the beds was directly under a light in the corridor outside so even with the blinds down it was still annoyingly light. Overall I think this is a good place for a couple on a short stay but not good for families like us or anyone staying more than a few days.
