Nothing. The location did not contact me with any form of access arrangements, so I was unable to stay. I contacted them multiple times asking for information but received no response. I was forced into finding alternative accommodation that night

Entirely let down by this place. I was left stranded without any access information. They have taken my money and I have not had any form of refund, or any form of response/acknowledgement to my attempts to contact them. Do not use this accommodation unless you wish to risk spending the night outside
