"Good but not perfect"

Large well equipped property, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Great location, just a few minutes walk into town. Nice welcome pack included.

Garden is in desperate need of some TLC, quite overgrown. Parking is extremely tight. Says parking for 2 cars and there is but doubt you could get past a 2nd parked car as so narrow. Initial communication from the letting agents were good with detailed instructions of getting access. Requested a slightly early check in. Had an automated message back saying couldn’t be guaranteed as owners or cleaners may still be there. Heard nothing else despite chasing. Arrived at the property 2.30 (check in normally 4pm), was pouring with rain so checked it was empty and ready and straight away got a very abrupt email saying no early access…no idea why so we left again, got soaked! CCTV cameras round the property so owners must be monitoring the place, hence the email as soon as we arrived…doubt is for security knowing the town…beware. Ended up having to leave the heating on all night to dry our clothes so their loss in the end.
