Nice apartment located on the 6th floor of a new building with elevator. Well equipped and located near the beautiful harbor area. Managed to park on the street as it was a weekend. Nice local soccer bar next to the entrance where we waited trying to gain entry.

Entry process was the worst I have ever experience over 15 years with Booking.com. Beware when there is no hotel style desk and they want to collect passport information and payment remotely. We were an hour early and luckily found a place to park close to the address. I had received communication from OKTHEWAY about filling out a panel for our stay. Did not say mandatory and I was unable to fil it out prior to arrival. Apartment is in a six floor, six apartment building. No staff, doorman, etc. Went to the bar next door and called the contact number. Had 5-6 contacts with a man over the next 1-1.5 hours. He was rude, condescending and not helpful the entire time. I was able to fill out the required information and payment once he sent me a text with the necessary link. Once this was done he continued to say I hadn't payed until it finally cleared on his computer. Not friendly at all the entire time. Accusing me of not paying even though my reservation is held by Booking.com with my credit card so I cannot commit fraud. Once he was satisfied we had payed he yelled at me for not being able to find the button for floor 6 to open the front door. Pushed everywhere until it finally clicked. No code. Door to apartment is controlled by your phone not a code number. Not sure what you do if your phone is dead or you want to go run without it. Not sure if OKTHE WAY just manages or owns the apartment but this individual needs to learn how to be more helpful and not so rude. Never mentioned the parking spot available for the rental so we stayed parked on the street. I will NEVER rent from OKTHEWAY again. Apartment is great. Service was horrible! If being early was the problem that is fine. We would have explored and waited. He needs some training or a job he is happy with.

lo mejor----Apartamento en buena ubicacion , limpio y moderno Y TRANQUILO . 8 puntuacion lo pero--- El parking que ofrecen esta en el edificio continuo en la planta menos 4 si eres de los que te gustan moverte con coche para visitar sitios no lo aconsejo por precio y accesibilidad del parking si tienes coche grande a la hora de entrarlo y sacarlo del parking, hay cercanos mas baratos y mejor accesibilidad , de hecho lo cambie a uno cercano que esta a 2 minutos a pie.

This lovely flat has two terraces! One with a super view over the city and harbour.. it is up a hill, but at the top of a series of five up-escalators, so even for aged me with mobility problems it was easy to come and go. It was about a mile to walk down to the gardens and then the main marine area. We used a taxi to get to the more distant Tower of Hercules. The flat itself is very comfortable. The main bedroom has an en suite and a view! There is another WC and bedroom with sloping roof. Everything was spotless.

No kettle! 😂 (Like almost everywhere else...) On street parking is virtually impossible during the week and the streets are very steep and narrow. We parked up for the three days in an underground car park about half a km away. We didn't try the car park which the owners say is virtually next door to the flat.

Fantastic location with great views and great value for the price. The property looks exactly as pictured. Very modern and with all the amenities you’d expect while away from home. Some people mention issues with using the app to access the apartment but I can assure you it’s very simple as long as you follow the instructions. Would book again.

It took quite a while to receive responses to inquiries from the hosts prior to arrival and some questions had to be asked a few times before receiving an answer but I believe a lot had to do with the pretty significant time difference. While on site inquiries/responses took place fairly quickly via WhatsApp.
