"Good and pleasant place"

The property is clean. Provided coffee was great. Amenities are good enough (kitchen has pot, pan). We liked that there are 2 toilets separate from the bathroom. The host is very nice and responsive.

The small stairs are hard to bring up luggage, so we just leave it downstairs.

Location was great, only a short walk to the train station, and also had a parking spot for a car so we hired one for a couple of days.

Location is good, close to Toji station and Bus 207/205 to Gion area. The house is quite new, spacious and good facilities. I like the communication with the host. She responded to my questions timely.
