I enjoyed the historic building and its location just outside Alesund. The room was immaculate and Auslag was really responsive and friendly despite being a busy lady with an event in the main house. Breakfast was served in the room which gave good flexibility.

"Beautiful relaxing stay"

The house! It's so beautiful it cannot be described in words or even with pictures. Everything was immaculate. Location is good just 2-3 bus stops away from the centre. And right next door to sunnmore museum....which is a very interesting place. Breakfast was good.. Beds are comfortable and room very clean. The hostess is very kind, responded to everything I asked promptly.

Since I had visited off season, there was only one guest besides us in the whole house and as it is already mentioned in the listing, they are not staffed 24/7, the staff comes in once a day to do their work and leaves ...so I missed having people around ...but ....this was a very trivial issue. We simply loved the place . Definitely recommend staying here.
