Just as advertised, a very nice and modern place in the center of Girona

We saw some sand on the floor when we arrived

Place is quiet, very spacious, and location is great!

The air conditioner in the sleeping room is a little noizy (has a buzz) which was slightly annoying.

It was in the center, all attractions were in walking distance. There is a supermarket as well just around the corner so that was a plus.

The door to the bedroom does not work which should have been mentioned in the property description. I was with my family and we did not have any privacy as a couple. Should not be advertised as a separate bedroom if that area cannot be separated with a door.

Light and airy, very conveniently situated. Comfortable. Nice views.

No dishwasher tablets ,washing up liquid or drying cloth provided.

Location

It was very complicated to communicate with the host. The property was not 100% according to the description.

No breakfast but some coffee pods were available. The apartment was fine and clean and in a great location.

I am sorry to say that the information provided by the hosts was very poor and their response to reasonable questions to clarify matters was, at best condescending. A week before our arrival they sent a curt email demanding that we pay by a different card even though we had supplied details of an Amex card which your booking confirmed was ok. They wanted payment by bank transfer without providing the necessary information for a forex transfer. I paid by Mastercard. They were not helpful in providing information about parking even though we agreed to parking through them. Their confirmation to us stated that we could check-in at 16.00 having already agreed to let us check-in between 11 and 12 noon. When I questioned this, they replied that they couldn't understand my confusion. They demanded we get rid of rubbish before we leave and then give wrong instructions in their booklet as to where to find the necessary bins. They don't tell you that you need a special card to access the bins and didn't reply to my question how to access the bins. It was only by chance that I noticed a card in the downstairs post box.

Location Balcony Clean tidy well appointed.

Not ideal for more than a couple due to the lack of privacy in the toilet and shower Sliding door between the living accommodation and bedroom did not slide shut. Many stairs!

Great location central to the city, with good views from the front window. Spacious accommodation, and well equipped.

Disposal of refuse needs to be in local public bins. Lack of privacy between the terraces at the rear.
