Nothing was perfect

Great and emblematic building, near the beach and places of interest. Great pool and spa services, beautiful view of Benidorm from the Spa in the 46th floor.

The apartment was very nice but needs some minor repairs, one of the twin beds needs baseboard repair, the refrigerator door is unhinged from the exterior decorative panel and the worst was the sewage smell from dirty pipes that would invade the apartment some days. Their solution was to send us a scent dispenser instead of a plumber to clean the pipes. For the price paid we expected repairs that never happened. They also sent a carpenter but all he did was assess the beds’ problem and never came back to fix it. There was already an envelope with screws to fix the bed, indicating that they were already aware of the problem but chose not to fix it before we arrived. The kids kept bumping their toes and feet into this broken bed board and getting hurt.

Hello Alba, thank you for your message. Everything went well at check-in, the lady at reception helped us with the key. The apartment is nice and equipped as described. I would like to mention a few things. Unfortunately, the lights on the balcony don't work, the lightbulbs just flicker but don't give off any light. In the bathroom, you can't switch between the shower head and the faucet, the pin for this is stuck on the faucet. It's a shame that the whirlpool on the 47th floor is closed and the snack machines don't work either. But what is extremely annoying and spoils the stay is the smell in the shower. It smells of feces and sewage. You can't use the room because the smell is so strong that it gets into the bedroom even when the door is closed. I have already reported this to reception. The property was amazing, the location was few min walk to the beach, definitely I will recommended and definitely I will be back soon.

The Intempo is an exceptional building and this apartment was perfect for us. Very clean, great beds and of course the amazing view even though it was the 3rd floor. Thanks to Ana in the office who was extra helpful with our check in and out. The cafe in the building has fantastic coffee and a small but delicious range of food.

The indoor pool is only open to children between 3-6pm!!!! The outdoor pool was not open at all until later in the season. We did not know this and it should be changed on all booking.com listings for this building. This is a sophisticated building and the staff work hard to keep it that way but came across rude at times especially in the pool area enforcing the rules.

Beautiful building ,lovely and clean, pool area well kept , cafe onsite with food and drink reasonably priced.. Beach ,shops , restaurants and bus stop at bottom of hill. Tallest building and very unique x

Location is up a steep hill so need to be fairly fit .
