The location is great, but if you plan earlier, may find even better.

Not clean at all. Smelly towels and pilows, stained sheets, spiders everywhere! Shower curtain old and dirty, broken stand for shower head. The mattresses did not fit the bed.

Modern apartment, quite close to the metro station. Straightforward self-checkin. Perfect view to the Parliament from the windows.

The sound insulation is poor as it is an old building, and therefore the noise of the street, particularly the tram, is very annoying in the morning.

The apartment was AMAZING!! The view from the window is truly breathtaking- you can admire the Parliment Building during the day and when it's lit up in the evening (it goes dark at 10 p. m.). The kitchen was well equiped- all the necessities, an oven, fridge with a frezzer, a Nespresso coffee machine (also with two coffee capsules ) and a cork screw. You need aproximatelly 20 minutes on foot to get to Pest , there is also a tram stop and a metro station nearby. The closest shop is a few minutes on foot (SPAR, but its rather expensive), the most budget friendly shop (Prima) was 10-15 minutes on foot. The possibility to drop off luggage was great. All the rules and instructions were clear. I would 100% recommend it!

The first message we recieved after booking the stay mentionted the ID scanning app, however it didn't explain the reason for having our ID's scanned or didn't explain anything about the app. At first it looked really untrustworthy and we were really worried about getting scammed. We did a lot of research and it turned out that the app was recognized by the Hungarian government and the ID scanns of all guest were required by Hungarian law. This was all also explained later in messages from the host which we recieved a few days before the arrival. As ID scanns aren't legaly required in some countries I believe it would be great if this requirement was better explained in the very first message we recieved :)
