Dated. Not to a great spec. Apartment clean, but 1 of out towels was dirty.

The apartment was safe, clean and comfortable. Brilliant to have parking on site. As city centre can be expensive, great location everything on your doorstep. Good Wi-Fi and Tv.

Location exellent for city break.

Many issues; had to chase host for access details, the apartment was not clean, floors, skirting boards, very dusty, light in kitchen did not work, oven and grill pan dirty, oven did not appear to function properly, some of the crockery was in cupboards dirty, kitchen units damaged, broken light switch in main living area - dangerous. Fan in communal bathrooom did not work, shower cubicle in ensuite unclean and mould present. Broken blind in ensuite bedroom, 1x bedside light rechargeable but no plug or socket for usb cable, tried charging with phone cable - worked when plugged in but failed to hold a charge. Heating did not work - we finally diagnosed as water level below minimum in boiler. Communal area was also poor, evidence of damp on walls, entrance door handle broke (internal).

Lovely spacious apartment. Great facilities, lovely and clean. Very comfortable all throughout. Central Belfast with everything we needed on the doorstep. Great communication from the host too.
