Location is good

Overbooking and did not have a room for me when I arrived after a tired day of diving Changes me to another hotel under the same company, which is 3km away, and asked me to pay for part of transport Poor staff attitude Lack of professionalism No reception at all - you need to call some number on their door and wait for almost 20min for someone to show up while you stand in the heat waiting

the location was great, the room was nice and clean and the bathroom provided free shampoo and shower gel. Nice communal balcony as well, handy for drying clothes or having a drink.

there’s no wifi but they state this on booking.com so fair enough. check in process was a bit tedious. the door doesn’t just open so you have to phone someone and then they turn up.

Property was in a good location, staff were helpful and checked us in and out right away. Bathrooms were clean and the air con was nice and strong.

Would say it cost more than what it was worth, would have been helpful to have a reception to help organise trips. There is also no wifi and as backpackers we struggle with signal. Also Semporna town isn’t very nice so I would avoid staying here at all.

The place was very comfortable I've been in the king size bed room and the private room with private bathroom and double bed. Both were great, and clean and got AC. I also got very sick and the hotel staff brought me water so that was nice.

Location is good, rooms are ok but not much in it except of the beds, so very basic.

- Staff/ Boss communication style - No reception, waiting over 2hours for the room (after check in time) - Accusing of fraud, threatening and had to leave immediately after second night (new guest arrived for our room while we headed out)
