Lokalizacja była okej, dostępność pralki, żelazka i deski do prasowania spoko.

Słuchawka od prysznica rozwalona, suszarka była, ale z uciętym kablem. Taras to przestrzeń między budynkami. Mieszkanie było ogarnięte, ale nie czyste. Prosiliśmy hosta o dodatkowy ręcznik, zero odpowiedzi z jego strony.

The street is quiet and the terrace is sheltered from the wind.

The beds are quite narrow, narrower than average beds. It would be good if the apartment descriptions highlighted that the power sockets are UK standard and that there are no adapters in the apartment. There were mosquitoes, so it would be helpful if mosquito repellent devices were provided in the room. WiFi internet was not available during our stay.

Hello, I am contacting you regarding an issue I experienced in Malta. It was my first time booking through Booking.com, and I wasn’t fully familiar with how everything works. Naively, I believed that hosts are required to provide accommodation exactly as described and shown in the listing. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Of course, I documented everything as soon as I arrived at the apartment. During my stay, I didn’t want to report anything to the host because I was afraid that if I complained, he might kick us out. After my stay, once I had left the apartment clean and in order, I contacted the host and explained the problem in detail. I waited three days for a response, but nothing happened. That’s why I’m reaching out to you now—because this situation was truly terrible. First of all, the apartment was dirty. We were welcomed by hair on the floor and a lot of dust, but that was the least of the problems. The main issue was mold on the walls and dampness throughout the apartment, especially in our bedroom. When you enter the apartment, you're hit by a strong, unpleasant smell that makes it hard to breathe. We could barely sleep in the room. Had I known that I had the right to request another apartment or do something about it, I would have acted immediately—but I was inexperienced with Booking.com. That first night, my friend and I barely slept. We woke up around 5 AM (we had arrived at the apartment just after midnight) because we simply couldn't sleep properly. Breathing in that room was extremely difficult—almost impossible—because of the damp air. I developed a severe headache within an hour, not just a normal one but something truly awful. Luckily, I always carry medicine when I travel. We had to take 600 mg of ibuprofen every day. We would cough for the first hour to hour and a half after waking up and frequently felt nauseous. I honestly can’t describe how awful it was staying there.
