USUSlocation wise it is close to the beach, possibly farther than expected but Google maps said a 6 minute walk. they have a nice little beach set up available, chairs ,towels, even a wagon to use to tote things to the beach although we didn't use them. kitchen seemed well equipped although we didn't cook there.
when I arrived there were rats on the front porch, some sort of tree next to the porch has a berry that I think the rats are eating. First thing I noticed when I opened the front door was overwhelming smell of mold and mildew, I know that being close to the ocean that can be a problem, but when I went into the master bath it was full of mold, black fuzzy mold all over the wall the shower curtain touches. it has a shower surround insert, and it's full of mold. Other bathroom has peeling paint and the exhaust fans were not clean. next to the refrigerator there was some kind of sticky rodent or pest trap? looked really gross and was concerning beds are warped and have a giant hump in the middle. linens were decent. washer and dryer are ancient, loud and need updating also 10 o'clock check out is quite early for a rental, over all at almost 600 a night not a good value
