Loft “Samuel”

Die Grosszügigkeit der Räume und die Innentemperatur bei der großen Hitze hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

The flat is spacious, quite modern furnished, with a small kitchen space in case you want to cook something. Two big sofas have sufficient space to either sit as a group, or to sleep on it. All shutters are electric operated, even though the neighbor houses are close, there are no privacy issues. Free parking was available.

That we experienced a lingering cigarette smell in the flat, even though smoking is supposedly prohibited (not necessarily the owners fault). The faucet at the kitchen sink is loose, but otherwise, no real issues at the location.

The design and layout of the space is beautiful and comfortable. It was spotless clean, and the beds are super comfortable. We loved that the windows have screens as there are a lot mosquitoes in the summer. The host was very nice, and responded to all questions right away. There was coffee, tea, water and various condiments in the apartment, and the host even left us rice milk as I can’t have dairy.

We would have loved a couple more pillows in the beds. :) The neighborhood rooster was very annoying, as it starts screaming at 6am. Closing the windows helps.

The flat exudes coziness and warmth, creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors. It feels like a home away from home, with its cleanliness, well-planned layout, and comfortable accommodations. We are always delighted to have guests stay here.

The loft is more than comfortable, tastefully arranged, modern, but with some antique pieces of furniture. Everything was more than expected.

The apartment was clean and organized. The space was more than expected. There was nice and big TV. Nice Sofa. Bathroom was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was nice with a dishwasher and utensils.

Behavior of the host was not good enough. I have never seen a host kick out guests for being few minutes late. I stayed 3 nights with my old parents, my wife and our son (5-year old). According to the check-out conditions, we were supposed to leave at 10 am. The host rung the bell right at 10 am. We were almost ready and just about to leave. I requested for 20 more minutes. But she was too arrogant to almost kick us out of the apartment around 10.15 am. We never experienced such behavior. I have been travelling in so many countries and so many places, but never experienced such behavior. We felt insulted and waited outside of the apartment in our car for around 15-20 additional minutes! On the very first day, we entered the apartment around 5 pm. We saw no hand-wash (only one in the bathroom, but the suspension pipe in the bottle was too short to reach the top level of the hand-wash liquid), only one roll of the toilet-tissue in the whole apartment, no kitchen towel, no dishwasher tablet, no soap /shampoo. When we ask, she initially denied and then she provided 2 more rolls, some tablets, but no hand-wash. It does not cost much in comparison to the rent, but the behavior really matters. The way she made us leave with the old parents and a child, was really disappointing and insulting after paying so much of money. **Some more information: The house number is not 7 (as reflected on the booking.com), but 7a. The apartment is on the first floor, so take the stairs to enter the apartment.
