Η εκπληκτική θέα από την πάνω βεράντα

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα!

Πολύ ωραίο, προσεγμένο με design οίκημα. Πολύ ωραία θέα από το μπαλκόνι στη σοφίτα για πρωί και βράδυ. Ωραίο στρώμα κρεβατιού. Εξυπηρετικός και ευγενικός οικοδεσπότης. Γραφική τοποθεσία. Ωραία παραλία με ψιλή άμμο. Επιλογές για φαγητό στη περιοχή.

Άβολο μπάνιο χωρίς παράθυρο. Δυσκολη εσωτερική σκάλα. Άβολος καναπές κρεβάτι. Καλό θα ήταν να υπήρχε τηλεόραση και στη σοφίτα.

Новое трёхэтажное здание. Три номера на первом этаже и три на втором - двухуровневые. Действительно , с балкона третьего этажа вид отличный. Всё необходимое в номере есть. Наверху - хорошая кухня. Есть даже аппарат для кофе , но почему-то нет чайника , чтобы воду вскипятить. Но это мелочь. Хозяин всегда на связи. Сам городок очень маленький. Вокруг достаточно различных кафе. Возле дома есть парковка. Пляж мне не понравился , поэтому ездили чуть севернее , примерно 1 километр. Там значительно лучше и просторнее. В целом всё очень хорошо и соответствует описанию.

As other reviewers have said, the photos don’t do it justice. It’s a new, small apartment block, positioned on higher ground at the back of the village. Which means that the spacious 3rd floor verandah, with its unnervingly clear glass balustrade, is about as high as anything gets in Arkoudi. I felt like the director of the Truman Show as I looked down on the bright and pretty village. And the little balcony on the lower floor, overlooking a patch of woodland, is a peaceful suntrap in the mornings. The apartment has been designed to be stylish, with upmarket fittings. The shower is excellent, the bed as comfortable as any I’ve found in Greece, and the aircon effective and quiet.

Nothing is perfect, and I could find little things to grumble about. There are a few small ‘snagging’ issues still to be sorted out, and the focus on style is occasionally at the expense of practicality. A bathroom with no shelves? But these are all trivial. It’s a lovely apartment in a lovely village, and fully recommended.

Absolutely beautiful property! I have spent many summers in Arcoudi — the sea view and sunset from Rastoni RQD was breathtaking. We will be back!
