Title: Extremely Dirty Apartment and Stressful, Unprofessional Check-In The apartment left an extremely unpleasant impression. There were hairs everywhere, the refrigerator was greasy, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The final and most disturbing issue was the dirty, unwashed bed linen, with visible traces of hair, makeup, and eyelashes. This was completely unacceptable and made the stay feel unhygienic. We arrived late in the evening at 11:30 PM and immediately informed the hosts about the situation. Unfortunately, no one responded until the next morning, so we were forced to endure these conditions throughout the night. What made the situation even worse is that the hosts never apologized for the dirty apartment or the unclean bedding. The check-in process was particularly stressful and raised serious concerns. In order to receive the access code to the apartment, we were required to send copies of our passport details to an unknown phone number. This was never clearly explained in advance and felt unsafe and inappropriate. The entire check-in procedure was unnecessarily complicated and felt more like an electronic quest with multiple obstacles than a clear and transparent process. The apartment is located in the old part of the city. You cannot drive directly to the property, and the nearest parking is 1-2 km away, which is extremely inconvenient, especially when traveling with small children and in bad weather. Cons: extremely poor cleaning standards, dirty and unwashed bed linen, old furniture, unsafe and unclear identity verification process, difficult access and parking, slow or no response from the hosts, stressful check-in procedure, and complete lack of apology or accountability. I do not recommend this apartment to anyone who values cleanliness, comfort, safety, and transparent communication.
