Super friendly and he Helpful host.

I loved the fact that this is a modern, nicely-furnished property with all the necessary amenities to make your stay both comfortable and enjoyable. Everything is up-to-date, from a modern main bathroom with walk-in shower to a fully-equipped kitchen and a gigantic tv in the living room. Maintenance and cleanliness are absolutely top-notch, like in a 5-star hotel. Bed linens and towels are also of the highest quality.

You literally cannot fault the apartment, it has everything you could possibly need and more. I would have liked to have been closer to downtown but with just a 10-minute walk to the metro and a direct line to Gran Via station I found getting around surprisingly easy.

We went to a local store by our apartment where we were greeted and taken to the apartment and shown all the facilities right down to the TV. The apartment was very comfortable well set up. We were about 40min walk to tourist attractions but the Metro is being updated which is a couple of mins walk. The shop owners were wonderful. They called a taxi for the airport and even waved us goodbye. So welcoming and friendly.

This property exceeded my expectations in cleanliness, organization and decoration. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and it is a quiet area. The nearest metro, Marques de Vadillo, is about a 7 minute walk. Florida, who is in charge of renting it out is just delightful and delivers exceptional customer service. She will assist you in any way possible.

For me the property was absolutely perfect because I preferred to stay out of the tourist zone. It depends on what you’re looking for.
