Most of the staff are new and not as friendly as the old staff

Excellent location, money change booth rite opposite the hotel & always top rate exchange, so no need to walk about looking, staff excellent, this hotel is very close to it all.

The beds could do with a change of mattress, very hard & uncomfortable, try avoid the front rooms that overlook the main road because of the noise, Also they need to have safes in the room & not in little pigeon holes, doesn’t seem safe to me….

The staff was always very pleasant and helpful, from the maids to the front desk area. The property is close to many of the night life attractions. The beach is a very short scooter ride away. Lots of options to eat.

The bed was a little firm for my taste.
