The apartment is quite comfortable and well furnished. The bed has a very stiff mattress, which meant I slept like a baby. The breakfast ingredients were delivered in the afternoon. The host was most welcoming. We stayed there one night only, but would surely stay more if we needed to.

The water temperature in the shower was oscillating.

"Recommend for short stays"

The location is good for visiting Firenze (30 mins by car) and surrounding area although not too quiet since trains pass near the house and the road (not overly busy) is right in front of the apartment’s windows. Liked the sound of water in the background from a small river next to the road. The apartment was clean and as described. The breakfast is also as described in an earlier review. WiFi signal is strong. Host is welcoming and close to help (living upstairs). Recommend for short stays.

No toilet paper. You have to contact the host for WIFI password since it’s not given in the apartment (received immediately). Basic and limited kitchen utensils and appliances.
