Struttura posta al primo piano. La casa si presenta con un ampio salone con tv, condizionatore e un cucinino. C'è un secondo livello con stanza matrimoniale e stanzetta. Un bagno con doccia. Anche sul secondo livello c'è un condizionatore fuori le stanze che riesce a coprirle entrambe. Leo il proprietario è stato molto disponibile. Complimenti !
